The details in your application (name, contact details, professional title, message) are used only to handle the application and are kept for up to 12 months. On your profile we publish only what we agree together and you approve. Details are in the privacy policy (in Polish).
No. People looking for a therapist contact you directly. We take no commission and we cannot see who has booked with you.
Yes. Tell us what you would like to change and we will make the edits. For now we do this for you; self-service editing is planned.
It depends on how quickly we prepare the profile and documents together. Usually between a few days and two weeks.
Yes, we prepare four versions: Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian. You see the translations and approve them before publication. The language of your profile is not the language of your sessions: you tell us separately which languages you work in. We show them on your card and profile, and visitors reading your profile in another language see this clearly.
Yes. Profiles in the directory are paid listings and are labelled as such, so that people looking for help know what they are looking at.
For now, yes: the offer is for therapists who rent a room or plan to. We are preparing a package for therapists who practise elsewhere.
